Designed for the newbies and/or those who are ready to get back to Belly Dance after hiatus and READY TO SWEAT! This class focuses on the fundamental movements and isolations associated with Belly Dance as well as core-strengthening movements and low-impact cardio. Dance to fun and energetic music while RaqSisters Luisa and Alexandra guide you through a full-body workout! Introduction to dancing with the Silk Veil and Finger Cymbals may also be incorporated.
